Easy and real-time viewing of the property - that is the fast-emerging trend in the real estate industry. This is precisely the reason why Megaworld decided to partner with Lamudi Philippines as the property giant saw the vast opportunity in working with a premiere online property portal. Brands and consumers are doing business in a different way now as people's preference to use the Internet continue to grow.
Megaworld and Lamudi Philippines
No one can ignore the importance of the digital evolution most especially big businesses that have high stakes in their respective industries. Megaworld's partnering with Lamudi Philippines in its bid to strengthen its online campaign for San Antonio Residence is timely. This new Makati project eyes tech-savvy millennials as its primary market. It is no secret that this generation spends most of their time online even in their search for real estate properties to buy.
Taking advantage of Lamudi’s premier listings, recently upgraded mobile app and expert market data, Megaworld will up the game in real estate online advertising. “Now that digital is the way to go in real estate, we believe that Lamudi’s online expertise can help us reach our target market,” says Eugene Em Lozano, vice president for sales and marketing for Makati CBD, Megaworld.
San Antonio Residence
San Antonio Residence is Megaworld's 20th residential masterwork in the Makati central business district designed as the ideal home for millenials. Its location and amenities complement the fast-paced lifestyle of the millenials, enabling them to make the most of their time, whether its moving up the career ladder or being with their loved ones," adds Lozano.
It is scheduled to be completed in 2020. San Antonio Residence is equipped with exciting amenities such as the very first B.O.N.D. (Begin, Open, Nurture, Discover) area, a Street Fitness Park, and a two-story mall. This residential condo is conveniently located along Sen. Gil Puyat Ave., a stone's throw away from all landmarks of the Makati CBD.
MyProperty.ph
Lamudi Philippines, together with MyProperty.ph (which the former acquired in 2015), is now the dominant real estate listings portal in the Philippines. In an effort to make itself the go-to place for everything related to real estate, the company also released its Real Estate Market Report for 2015.
“Our website’s large amount of page-views and visits are indicative of how much more potential buyers and renters look online to explore their increased real estate options. With this in mind, we tailored our products and services to the needs of our clients. For Megaworld Makati, our online marketing campaigns fit their carefully designed project meant to cater the modern lifestyle of young Pinoys,” says Jacqueline van den Ende, managing director of both Lamudi Philippines and MyProperty.ph.
Press Launch
What better way to provide all of these information than in a relaxing atmosphere of a theater, before watching a much anticipated movie, right? This was the treat provided by Megaworld and Lamudi Philippines to members of the press who attended the occasion.
My Say
Time is very important to everyone. Anything that would allow us to maximize its use is appreciated. Having a site to go to which can readily provide information that could answer our real estate inquiries is quite useful. Better yet, if the offers included through the listings are quality and relevant.
That said, let us remember to relax in the midst of our busy lives so that we can enjoy more and live more.
